Title: Beet Relish (Natural)

Yield: 1 Quart

2cBeets, cooked and diced
2cMungbean sprouts
1/2cChopped onion
1tbRaw honey
1tsSea salt
1/2cApple cider vinegar

Mix in large bowl. Stir in vinegar and a squeeze of lemon. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of days.
